Ways to co-create

Ways to Support EPICS Community Pathways

EPICS Community Pathways believes everyone deserves access to meaningful career and life exploration, self-discovery, and opportunities for personal growth. Organizations, businesses, foundations, libraries, and community groups can support this mission in several ways.

Sponsor a Program

Organizations may sponsor a career exploration, professional development, or personal growth program for a specific audience or community. Sponsorship can help cover program materials, facilitator fees, participant access, and related resources, allowing individuals to participate at little or no cost.

Sponsor a Single Event

Support a one-time workshop, conference presentation, career fair, summer program, staff development session, or community event. Event sponsorships provide opportunities to deliver engaging, hands-on, and reflective experiences for participants while expanding access to valuable educational programming.

Create a Community Partnership

EPICS Community Pathways welcomes partnerships with libraries, schools, workforce agencies, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations. Together, we can design customized programs and initiatives that address local needs while expanding access to career exploration and personal development resources.

Develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

Organizations interested in a long-term relationship may establish a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining shared goals, responsibilities, and opportunities for collaboration. An MOU provides a framework for working together to deliver programs, share resources, seek funding opportunities, and support community impact.

Fund the Back-End Infrastructure

Behind every successful program is the technology, administration, curriculum development, and support systems that make it possible. Contributions that support operational infrastructure help maintain and improve EPICS resources, expand access, develop new content, and ensure programs remain affordable and sustainable.

Provide General Support

Unrestricted gifts and donations allow EPICS Community Pathways to respond to emerging needs, develop new initiatives, support underserved communities, and invest where resources can make the greatest impact. General support provides the flexibility needed to grow and sustain our mission.

Let's Start a Conversation

Whether you are interested in sponsoring a program, hosting an event, establishing a partnership, or supporting our mission through funding, we would love to explore the possibilities with you. Together, we can create opportunities that help individuals discover their strengths, build confidence, and find pathways to thrive.

Business Sponsorship

Invest in local potential

Your sponsorship directly funds visual career exploration programs in local school systems and public libraries, building a more confident, prepared local workforce from the ground up.

By partnering with EPICS, your business helps remove barriers to career guidance, turning uncertainty into concrete direction. Together, we can foster local talent and support adult career changers in our community.
